5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Credit Card/PayPal refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

• Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging
• We will arrange for replacement or repair of damaged items at no cost to you

• Follow care instructions to maintain your furniture’s appearance and longevity

7. Limitation of Liability

Home Furni Shop’s liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid for the products. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
