Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your furniture. This gives you adequate time to ensure your new pieces perfectly complement your home decor.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in their original condition:

  • Unassembled and in original packaging
  • No signs of use, wear, or damage
  • All tags, labels, and protective covers intact
  • Including all original parts and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis and to maintain quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Pieces – Including custom upholstery or special finishes
  • Final Sale Items – Clearly marked during purchase
  • Assembled Furniture – Once assembled, items cannot be returned
  • Opened Bedding & Mattresses – For hygiene reasons

Step-by-Step Return Process

1Initiate Your Return Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery using the template below.

2Receive Return Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24 hours.

3Package Your Item

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials.

4Ship Your Return

Use the provided shipping label and send to our returns center. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

Prefer a different piece? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item using your preferred shipping method. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
